Learn About The
PANZONE PSYCHIATRY Patient Process
1.
We Start With a Phone Call
Once you have contacted Dr. Panzone, we will set up a brief phone call to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have. If you would like to move forward on this call, we can set up your Telehealth Consultation Appointment.
2.
Consultation Appointment
What to expect at your Consultation Appointment:
Your appointment will last for 60 minutes.
This initial meeting involves history gathering, safety evaluation, and gaining a deeper understanding of your issues. Dr. Panzone will also make sure that he can offer the “right-fit” services based on the level of care and treatment needed.
In some cases, additional information will be required from secondary informants (for example, from family members, significant others, and previous providers).
Please note: Psychiatric medication is not always prescribed at this initial appointment.
3.
Treatment Appointment
What to expect at your Treatment Appointment:
Your Treatment Appointment is scheduled after your Consultation Appointment. This second appointment will last up to 30 minutes.
Dr. Panzone will review the treatment plan developed for you, provide education, and answer any questions.
If you are comfortable moving forward with the recommended plan, there may be additional forms to review and sign.
We can also discuss options if a treatment plan is not established.
4.
Management Sessions
What to expect from your Management Sessions:
Management Sessions are ongoing follow-up appointments.
They are scheduled based on each patient’s needs.

Management Session appointments are scheduled with Dr. Panzone directly.
